Active Harmonic Filter

IEEE 519 · Harmonic Control in Electric Power Systems

An active harmonic filter (AHF) is a type of harmonic filter that uses active components, such as transistors and capacitors, to reduce harmonic current distortion on an electrical system. It can be used in industrial and commercial installations to eliminate harmonic current distortion and improve the efficiency of the system.

  1. Upper PCBA auxiliary air duct design

Expansion of the heat dissipation channel for wide angle heat dissipation.

  2. IGBT PCBA precision components

An AHF uses active components to detect and then neutralize harmonic current distortion.

  3. Inductors and IGBT heatsink: around 90% of the heat

The IGBT heatsink and inductors, which account for most of the heat of the AHF, are concentrated in the lower layer with forced air cooling for fast heat dissipation, and do not affect the upper PCBA.

Heat Pumps System

Replaces boilers/calorifiers · Energy cost savings

A heat pump is a device that transfers heat energy from a source of heat to what is called a thermal reservoir. Heat pumps are used to provide heating, cooling, and hot water to buildings in the form of space heating, air conditioning, and domestic hot water.

  1. Free secondary source: heating or cooling

Heat pumps can be used to cool as well as heat a space and are often used as an energy efficient alternative to furnaces and air conditioners.

  2. Higher co-efficient of performance (COP)

Heat pumps transfer heat by circulating a refrigerant through a cycle of evaporation and condensation.

  3. Simultaneous heating and cooling

Domestic hot water generation alongside cold water generation integrated in the chilled water circuit.
